Fleet & Frontier takes the grand strategy formula and makes it work on a phone without dumbing it down. You explore, expand your colonies, research tech, and eventually clash with rival factions run by a surprisingly clever AI. Every decision ripples outward, and games can stretch across days if you let them.
The interface deserves praise. Menus that would be overwhelming on desktop are broken into clean, tappable panels here. I never felt lost, even when juggling a dozen colonies. It saves your session instantly, so a quick turn on your break is totally viable.
There's no online multiplayer, which for me is a feature — the entire experience lives on your device with no interruptions.
